I am a very Classic M size, but I’ve read that L size was a safer choice so I follow the advice. Unfortunately, L is just large so the size doesn’t fit me and it’s too loose. Plus 33 euro of dogana which is crazy and totally demotivating to buy again. The product is fine.

Bought these for 3 year old and 6 year old for our family holiday - they loved them. Both boys have quite small waists but the drawstring meant they still fitted perfectly and weren't falling down!

shorts were very big for a size medium also the packaging tissue looked very second hand and the shorts were very creased .. I returned

Store owner replied: Dear Bronagh. Thank you for your review. I can assure you that every order is picked and packed per sale. We pride ourselves in our packaging and our delivery. All our products are in boxes and are collected and then folded and wrapped in tissue and boxes (if required), this enables us to build out the orders should customers order more than one item and still receive a nice Randy Cow experience when getting the item. If your tissue paper was creased, I would imagine it is just down to the delivery process. And whilst we fold all the shorts the same way (so that the design and navy pocket will be the first thing you see of the shorts) again we can't steam flat every pair before packing or guarantee items won't get creased when being handled by delivery companies. As for the sizing, it is tough to say exactly what a Medium should be as there is no standard as such, and this is why we took extra time and effort to make our sizing guide so thorough and accurate. I am sorry you felt you had a bad experience here, and I will reach out to you directly to see if we can offer you an exchange and a chance to see we do not send out second rate products or packaging. We have been in touch with your Daughter in Law and have said we will of course send a replacement and refund the order. We haven’t ever had this issue before so it hasn’t been something we have made a point to check before sending out. But we will make sure we do in future.
